Refund/Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase with LáCre Cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns or exchanges unless your order is defective. If your product is defective we will issue a replacement. You must contact us immediately, and return the order unused. We are not able to resell any products that are returned so they are discarded for sanitary reasons. All sales are final.
Cancellations/Exchanges
No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped, we can however make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.
Incorrect Shipping information
If a package is returned to LáCre Cosmetics due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. LáCre Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product(s) are damaged or defective due to shipping: Please Email us info@46y.147.mytemp.website . Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged and or defective. All damaged claims must be submitted immediately.
